UniCarriers Americas awarded top dealer sales professionals with trip
UniCarriers Americas Corporation (UCA) awarded its top dealers’ sales professionals of both new forklifts and aftermarket parts with a trip to Sandals Grande & Sandals LaToc in St. Lucia during its annual Pack for the Sun Event. More than 60 sales and aftermarket parts professionals from U.S. and Latin American dealerships qualified to join UniCarriers Americas personnel at the tropical resort as a reward for their continued commitment to growing the UniCarriers brand.
During the trip, UniCarriers Americas presented several awards to recognize 2015 dealership and individual sales performance, including:
• Unit awards going to each sales representative present. Top unit award presented to Bruce Booker from Dyna-Lift, Inc., in Montgomery, Ala.
• Dealer goalbuster awards for meeting or exceeding their truck sales goal
• Dealer goalbuster awards for meeting or exceeding their parts sales goal
• Parts & truck volume growth awards
“The UniCarriers Americas team was excited to honor dealers through the new OnePartner Premier program, as well as all dealers who earned recognition for going above and beyond their target sales goals,” said Steve Cianci, Vice President-Sales and Marketing, UniCarriers Americas. “This annual trip is a wonderful time for us to show appreciation for our top dealer professionals and give them the opportunity to interact with their peers and UniCarriers Americas Executives in a beautiful and relaxing location.”
To qualify for the trip, UniCarriers dealer sales managers and sales representatives were entered into contest groups determined by their dealership’s market size. The highest number of points determined the top representatives in each of the contest groups during 2015.
“We could not have asked for better accommodations,” said Spencer L. Whitt, Dealer Principal at A.M. Davis, Inc., who was awarded the trip for his Premier dealer status. “The UniCarriers staff were more than welcoming and, as always, kept everything organized and moving without a hitch. Our food, excursions and the Sandals staff all treated us well.”
