TMI acquires Simplex Isolation Systems
TMI International, LLC announced that they have acquired the assets of Simplex Isolation Systems. Since 1979, Simplex, headquartered in Fontana, CA has been a manufacturer of PVC strip doors, industrial curtains and custom cleanroom environmental control and data center energy management systems and accessories. “We are pleased to welcome the Simplex group into the TMI family,” said Frank Mummolo, TMI’s President & CEO. “The combined organizations ideally fit within our long-term strategy of extending our sales and manufacturing reach to a bicoastal platform to better service our customers.
