MHS Lift receives Top Workplaces 2020 Award from The Philadelphia Inquirer
MHS Lift, Inc. has been named one of the 2020 Top Workplaces in the greater Philadelphia area by The Philadelphia Inquirer. The list of Top Workplaces is based on feedback from an anonymous survey of employees administered by Energage, LLC, a third-party research firm, which measures critical aspects of the workplace that contribute to an organization’s success including alignment, execution, and connection.
MHS Lift has been committed to quality, innovation, leadership and teamwork in the material handling industry since 1970. With more than 170 employees in three state-of-the-art locations across New Jersey and Delaware, the MHS Lift team is especially proud of the Top Workplaces designation during the company’s year-long 50th-anniversary celebration.
“We are honored to be selected for The Philadelphia Inquirer’s 2020 Top Workplaces Award,” said Andy Levin, President, MHS Lift. “We know that our success comes from our incredible team, so it means a great deal knowing this award comes from the positive opinions of and feedback from our employees.”
Brett Levin, Vice President, MHS Lift, adds “We started as a small business of two with the sale of a single forklift. Today, we work with more than 2,200 customers across all 50 states. This growth is possible because of our team, and are proud to provide them with competitive benefits, a positive work environment, ongoing training and education and opportunities to advance.”
“For more than a decade, the Top Workplaces award has helped organizations stand out among their competitors to attract talent,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This differentiation is more important than ever in today’s tight labor market. Establishing a continuous conversation with employees so you have a deep understanding of your unique culture is proven to help achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels.”
