Ametek Prestolite Power promotes Jeff Harrison to business manager
Jeff Harrison has been promoted to business manager of AMETEK Prestolite Power, a manufacturer of motive-powered battery chargers and other battery accessories used for industrial lift trucks and utility vehicles. In his new role, Jeff Harrison is responsible for overseeing the business unit’s growth in revenue and productivity globally.

Harrison joined AMETEK in 2010 as director of sales and marketing, a position in which his sales leadership and expertise have resulted in company records for sales and profit increases over four consecutive years. In his new position, Harrison is responsible for hiring and training regional sales managers, adding and managing new dealers, and developing and implementing marketing strategies. He and his team also are expected to significantly increase market share.
Harrison brings more than 20 years of sales management experience to AMETEK Prestolite Power. His career has included successful sales positions with Wiese Planning & Engineering, Heubel Material Handling, Termnet Merchant Services and MasterCard International. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri.
