GRI introduces new agriculture tires
GRI is proud to introduce its latest product range of Specialty Tires to the world. GRI, manufacturer of solid tires for forklifts, has embarked its next strategic move to further expand and diversify its products in the lucrative Agriculture and Construction Industry.
GRI’s Agriculture tire brands, GREENEX representing its Cross-Ply Agriculture product range and GREENXLR, representing its Diagonal-Ply Radial Agricultural product range; cover rim diameters ranging from 22.5 to 50 inches. These tires are designed and developed integrating cutting-edge technology and industry expertise. Infusing innovation, the Heat Dissipating Notch, is a remarkable feature established to contribute a longer run time, improved fuel efficiency and increased tire durability. In addition, the ingenious Mud Breakers prevent mud from sticking to the tire while the salient tread design channels dirt out of the tire, which maintains the tire weight and once again improves fuel efficiency. Moreover, the round shoulders of GREENEX as well as GREENXLR minimize soil compaction and protects your fields.
These high-flex Agriculture tires cover a range of tread patterns, feature high load carrying capacity at low inflation pressure, reduced soil compaction, exceptional traction, cut resistance and flexible sidewalls. Furthermore, the lug angles are optimized for dual effective usage, both on the field and road, resulting in fuel efficiency.
These exceptional Agriculture tires will be produced in GRI’s latest state-of-the-art factory in Sri Lanka; this brand-new factory will be the largest in Sri Lanka dedicated to produce specialty tires. GRI’s Managing Director, Prabhash Subasinghe stated, “I was born and raised in Sri Lanaka, an island known for its rich agricultural history dating back more than 2500 years; I myself first initiated my career with my family’s agricultural business. It is with this passion and sincerity that I wish to uplift the farmers all over the world, by supplying them with tires that deliver exceptional value and an assured performance.” Mr. Subasinghe further specified, “Our factory is equipped with the latest machinery and the most innovative technology to produce the highest quality tires in the industry. We have further taken on the social responsibility of using the benefits of solar panels, biomass boilers and waste management systems focused on protecting our environment for the next generation. We are also proud to be enhancing Sri Lanka’s export basket via the inclusion of a new export item, namely Agriculture Radial Tires.”
GRI will announce further details on other New Product Lines of Construction and Pneumatic Material Handling Tires, at the GRI Press Conference at Agritechnica, in the Berlin Room on Wednesday the 15th November 2017 at 11:30 am. GRI can also be found at Agritechnica in Hall 03, stand G24.
