Chris Gumas, director of marketing, Ruland Manufacturing Co., Inc., chair for the PTDA 2019 Leadership Development Conference task force and regular conference attendee, said, “Culture is your company’s most important asset. The rising leaders in your organization hold the key to transferring, communicating and adjusting that culture through to the next generation. Our facilitator, Jason Young, comes from Southwest Airlines and has developed The Culturetopia Effect program to teach us how culture can help you kill your competition. During the full-day immersive conference Jason will show us how to measure, define and drive a company and team culture that promotes accountability, productivity, team alignment and empowerment. We will be challenged to complete problem-solving exercises, ‘de-brief’ activities and an on-site workbook that will reinforce learning, retention and application of concepts.”
Registration is open to all employees of any PTDA member company. Additional information about the PTDA 2019 Leadership Development Conference is available on PTDA’s website at ptda.org/LDC.
