Former Skyjack president declines Linamar position
UPDATE: October 3, 2019: Brad Boehler has decided to step down from this two-year term as president of IPAF (International Powered Access Federation). Norty Turner from United Rentals will step up from Deputy President of IPAF.
Last week Skyjack announced that Ken MCDougall will return as president and that former president Brad Boehler accepted a position with Skyjack’s parent company Linamar.
Industry publications have contacted Boehler and he said he declined Linamar’s offer of a corporate position and will head out on his own and look for new challenges and opportunities and find a way to be successful in another place.
A statement from Skyjack /Linamar said: “After some consideration Brad Boehler has decided not pursue the opportunities offered within Linamar and will instead pursue other personal directions outside of the company.”
“Brad was integral to the growth of Skyjack in terms of products, product offerings and market share growth. All at Skyjack respect Brad for his years of service, dedication and leadership. Collectively, we wish him well and are sure he will be successful in his future endeavours.”
Boehler will serve out his two-year term as president of IPAF in which he has 18 months to go.
