Flaska JCB unveiled new model at open house
Flaska JCB hosted an open house on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 2240 West Buckeye Road in Phoenix, Arizonia. The new JCB 3CX backhoe loader was unveiled, which features the industry’s only clean-burning diesel engine with no DPF, as well as most torque, hydraulic flow breakout and lift capacity in its class.
Additional JCB construction equipment was on display and available for demo, along with Flaska JCB’s fleet of UniCarriers indoor and outdoor material handling equipment. Ranging in capacity from 3,000 to 15,000 pounds, UniCarriers models include cushion tire and pneumatic forklifts, pallet trucks, electric walkie stackers, order pickers and tow tractors.
Patrons were able to view America’s Big Boys, a fleet of U.S.-manufactured, large-capacity forklifts from Hoist Liftruck. The pneumatic P-Series forklift ranges from 22,000 to more than 100,000 pounds in lifting capacity, and features a durable, yet modular design, excellent visibility, fingertip controls and all U.S.-made components. The new Hoist Liftruck FR Series extendable counterweight forklift was also on display. This versatile forklift allows operators to lift up to 60,000 pounds with just a push of a button, perfect for machinery movers, riggers and more.
Patrons were able to participate in backhoe and forklift operator skills challenges, as well as have the opportunity to ride in a JCB military backhoe that can reach speeds up to 60 mph.
