AAR mourns the passing of Senator Thad Cochran
Ian Jefferies, Association of American Railroads president and CEO, released the following statement on the death of Senator Thad Cochran:
“The AAR and the entire freight railroad industry is saddened to learn of the death of Senator Cochran. Throughout his esteemed tenure in Congress, Sen. Cochran was a leader who implemented bipartisan solutions, including in the transportation sector. Our thoughts are with Sen. Cochran’s family.”
