Transportation Marketing and Sales Association Annual Conference and EXPO
The Transportation Marketing and Sales Association (TMSA) will hold its annual conference June 8-10, 2014 at the Westin Galleria in Dallas with the theme of “Driving Results Together: Alignment = Revenue.
According to the 2013 Sales and Marketing Alignment Study performed by Marketo and MathMarketing, the alignment between marketing and sales can help companies become 67% better at closing deals and generate a 209% stronger contribution to revenue.
“The alignment of sales and marketing teams plays a major role in any company’s success,” said TMSA President Dino Moler. “That’s why this year’s conference is focused on this important concept, providing attendees with the opportunity to learn strategies for how they can drive profitability and increase ROI together.”
The conference will feature prominent industry speakers and more than 20 educational sessions focused on the importance of aligning sales and marketing teams in driving profitability and business results including:

The conference will also offer Collaboration Tracks that will provide dedicated sessions for both sales and marketing professionals focusing on topics such as content marketing, media plans, proposal management and CRM and sales and marketing automation. During these tracks, attendees will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into topics affecting their area of expertise while learning about issues impacting their marketing or sales counterpart, driving home the importance of a united marketing and sales force.
Also during the conference, TMSA will honor the winners of its 62nd Annual Compass Awards Competition.
