IBTTA announces new 2018 second vice president
With nearly 700 global transportation leaders from 22 countries meeting for the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association’s (IBTTA) 85th Annual Meeting and Exhibition in Atlanta, Georgia this week, IBTTA announced Samuel Johnson, Chief Tolling Officer for Transportation Corridor Agencies, has been elected as the association’s incoming Second Vice President for 2018.
“We congratulate Samuel on the election by his peers from across the globe to help lead the worldwide association representing toll facility owners and operators and the business that serve them,” said Patrick Jones, Executive Director and CEO of IBTTA. “Samuel’s expertise and experience will serve as an asset to our leadership team. His passion and technical knowledge will help us drive our mission and goals for 2018, as we continue to advance mobility solutions for the millions of customers our members serve every day.”
On September 12, Samuel Johnson, Chief Tolling Officer for Transportation Corridor Agencies, was elected by the IBTTA membership to serve as 2018 Second Vice President of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association. Johnson’s term begins January 1, 2018. Johnson has served on the Board of Directors for the past four years.
