ELOKON names new CEO for Polish Subsidiary
Safety technology leader enhances strength in global industrial safety market
ELOKON, a global provider in industrial safety technology, has appointed Michał Makaruk CEO of its Polish subsidiary, ELOKON Polska Sp. z o.o. In his new role, Mr. Makaruk will strengthen ELOKON Polska’s position as a supplier of automation safety technology, expand the company’s portfolio of products and services, and build on the company’s market leadership in driver-assistance technology for industrial trucks.

Mr. Makaruk, 43, has more than 20 years of experience across diverse international industries, including packaging and automotive. Prior to joining ELOKON, he served in a wide range of leadership roles in sales, project management, production, and operations management. Mr. Makaruk holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology and an MBA in business administration from the University of Illinois Urbana.
